Nunziato, BS, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
Hello, my name is Bryan M. Nunziato and I am personal
trainer certified by the American College of Sports
Medicine. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10
years serving as a personal trainer, Fitness Director, group
fitness facilitator, and corporate fitness consultant. I
earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Skidmore College in May
2007 and formed my own personal training company, Synergy
Fitness & Nutrition, LLC in 2004. My company specializes in
weight loss and wellness solutions and provides mobile
personal training services that include in-home fitness
training and corporate fitness training. Bryan recently
collaborated with Omni Development Company, Inc to design
and manage an onsite corporate fitness facility for the
tenants and employees of Omni Development Company. Omni
Fitness is now open and located at 54 State Street, second
floor in Albany, New York.
MY PHILOSOPHY as a fitness professional is to encourage an
active healthy by providing superior fitness instruction,
research-based education and consistent, positive support.
“Life is better when it all comes together” is the Synergy
Fitness & Nutrition, LLC motto; it is derived by the
fundamentals principles of a T.E.A.M., ((training,
education, accountability, and motivation) approach. I
believe that the key to lifelong success is a result of the
“synergy” created by the individual T.E.A.M components and

Tom Burritt, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
Tom Burritt is a Personal Trainer certified by the American
College of Sports Medicine and the newest member to the
Synergy Fitness & Nutrition, LLC team. He adds the practical
and applied aspect of the ACSM certification combined with
the knowledge and professionalism that delivers serious
results.

Brian Hull, Pilates Instructor/Personal Trainer
Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from
Cornell University in 1998, where he studied biological
sciences, psychology, and education.
Brian started working at David Barton Gym on the New York
City’s Upper East Side in 1999 upon finishing his NASM
personal trainer certification. Next Brian started his own
business, serving his clients at home and private gyms. He
also teamed with Frank Burchette, head trainer at Matrix
Fitness and developer of the Power Box Method, to develop a
training program for their trainers.
Starting in 2001 Brian worked as a trainer for Crunch
Fitness in Midtown Manhattan, where he earned his
Flexibility Training and Free Motion Fitness certifications.
Brian is now fully accredited in the Pilates Method of body
conditioning, which joins the best aspects of Eastern and
Western physical conditioning techniques. Pilates
concentrates on core strength and working muscles from their
longest and leanest positions. He pursued his study of the
Pilates Method at the Kelly Kane School for Core
Integration, the Pilates training program of choice for
trainers at Crunch and top New York City fitness centers.
Brian currently lives in Albany where he is an independent
trainer and Pilates instructor.
